1. SWOT ANALYSIS. Develop a list of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, known as SWOT analysis. You may review the file, AN EXAMPLE OF SWOT LIST, on eCourse homepage to get a clear idea about how to list or format the SWOT factors. There is no minimum number of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats; it varies from case to case. However, you should capture as many of these as possible. You may also review chapter 1 for a brief overview.
2. IDENTIFICATION OF PROBLEMS: From the Weaknesses and Threats developed in Step1, identify two major problems and provide a brief explanation as to why you think they are major problems.
3. YOUR SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEMS: Please provide your solutions (one or more) to each of the two problems in Step 2 and explain thoroughly.
