Hi there. This is a community assessment which consists of a 5 page paper and power point(no minimum or max amount of slides). The community is Verde Gardens in Homestead, Florida USA. and is comprised of formally homeless families and children and low income families. The community is run by CarrFour supportive housing organization, the families are assigned case workers whom orchestrate and organize, job opportunities and interviews, drug rehabilitation, health care and other resources that are available to the families. The goal is to get the families on their feet and eventually independent and stable. I have identified a need of dental health within the community, there is a lack of dentistry and i will organize a free mobile dental bus to visit the community http://miamidade.
